quantlib is unmaintained (maintainer is set to this mailing list), and
a quick check of GNATS via portsmon shows no PRs in the queue for it,
so unless _you_ provide an update it's probably unlikely to happen :-)

Although there's always a long queue of ports PRs, we keep our
committers pretty busy actively pursuing them.
