From: "matthias.andree" To: freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org Cc: esn@x123.info, linimon@lonesome.com, eik@freebsd.org Subject: Re: ports/60904: [New Ports]:: databases/db42 & databases/db42-nocrypto Date: Mon, 05 Jan 2004 16:34:02 +0100 Please close this PR 60904, it is a duplicate effort to install a BerkeleyDB 4.2 port and duplicates ports/60098. The original port submission is indeed ports/60098 but eik@ hasn't responded ever since pav@ has assigned responsibility to eik, I believe ports/60098 addresses eik's packaging concerns (the most prominent being "don't just stuff everything into /usr/local/portname"). Oliver, can you either look at the port on short notice or release responsibility to somebody else with testing instructions? I'll submit a new PR with db42, patch 4.2.52.1 and -nocrypto slave port in a couple of minutes.
