I only use mod_perl2 with perl5.8, so there may : be issues building it with an earlier perl. The fix you refer to worked : on bento with the system perl, but I think nobody's tested mod_perl2 : with perl5.6.1 build from ports yet. : : Do you think checking for "${PERL_LEVEL} > 500601" in the test above : would be a better solution?
