Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-questions@FreeBSD.ORG X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Hi, I have a 2.2.1 machine. Its dual boot with win95. I was establishing a PPP connection with user ppp using "term", as I have not been able to get either ppp or pppd to function automaticaly. I was working on doing just that, setting up user ppp, when I was unable to use term anymore. When I open ppp I go to term, then the whole program locks up. I was working on ppp.conf before all this happened. I went back and set it up the way it was before (I think). The modem works fine in win95. It is a motorola 28.8 internal. I've reinstalled ppp 3 times. I've remade the tun0 device twice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
