With: hw.ciss.nop_message_heartbeat=3D"1" and if I didn't provoke it with the "sesutil show" then all disks got detec= ted correctly and it failed the two dead ones after a while and all zfs filesys= tems got mounted. The server has now been running for 10 hours without problems.
