I see that you have moved some libraries under that branch of your tree, but I don't think you have everything you need. See the Handbook 18.9 (and specifically 18.9.8) about all the things you need to do to make named run in a sandbox. I have mine running that way just fine, but I had to follow 18.9.8 step-by-step.
