Date: Thu, 08 Mar 2001 13:50:01 +0100 Hi, A firend of mine was hit by the same problem, as he tried to install on a partition of FreeBSD type, created with Linux, on his primay IDE HD. The sollution was to delete and recreate the partition with the FreeBSD partition table editor, while installing. I am not sure if this has anything to do with hardware settings, but with the fact that the partition *was already there*. :>lad To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
