Tell the port to use USE_AUTOMAKE.  In autoconf 2.52, if your
configure.in uses automake stuff, you have to use USE_AUTOMAKE if
you touch configure.in or if the source tries to run it anyway.

We need to figure out a way to remove auto* from PATH when they
aren't needed.  :\
