I never get busy signals, and haven't had any problems with my mail. These 2 being the only services besides news for which I use them. I have a static IP from them (~$75/yr) which allows me to do dial on demand NAT for my 8 host home network. I would be happy to post my ppp.conf file if it would help. Now that I think about it though, the one time I wanted support, I was reporting a rooting of my FreeBSD gateway that appeared to come from one of their machines. My email notification received not even an acknowledgement of receipt. -------- Christopher R.
