I'm working on some stuff in if_ep.c now that will hopefully take care of
it.  I'll post my results.

I have a 3C562 card w/o the proper dongle, but it probes and attaches.
Likely the 3c572 will too.  However, you may need to get if_ep working
for the 3c37x which I don't think is.
