The way I'm addressing it is to install netbsd on arm6 and arm7 devices.
Part of their focus is to have netbsd work on any device within reason.
My observation is that this is not freebsd's primary focus.

I still have arm6 and arm7 machines in perfect working order which I don't want
or need to dispose of, and where the OS should be kept current. So, in my case,
it'll be netbsd for them.
