Hi,

I'm building a low end server, and I'm looking for some advice;

Can someone recommend a single CPU motherboard, IDE but support for SATA 
would also be a plus. I was considering GigaBytes GA-8IK1100

Im looking for something similar to the feature set of that mobo.

Next, I'm not up on the differences between Athlon and P4, what do 
freebsd users general think prefer?

Finally is HypterThreading offer a real advantage?
