Synopsis: gnome-1.2 package incomplete on FreeBSD ftp sites

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: ade
State-Changed-When: Wed Jul 12 08:53:07 PDT 2000
State-Changed-Why:
The gnome metapackage is a complicated beast, depending on many
other ports. Over the past few weeks, for a variety of reasons
(port bugs, failures, upgrades), the package building cluster
has been unable to successfully build a gnome-1.2 package
(which then gets placed on the FTP site etc..)

I believe all the issues to have been fixed. Simulating the
building cluster as much as I can with my hardware (takes about
8 hours to do things all the way through), I have successfully
built packages both for 4-STABLE and 5-CURRENT.

I would therefore expect to see a gnome-1.2 package (along with
many other goodies) on the FTP sites in time for the upcoming
4.1-RELEASE
