I have a Mips-equipped DEC 5000 running NetBSD here, which I brought up for a class that was going to go into the Mips architecture. Cost? $50, plus $175 for the big 19" color monitor. Stuff like that is really available, and I know for sure I didn't get the best deal! I'm going to make a real effort not to take so many classes next semester, and maybe start hobby coding again. Then this'll be something nice to think about. > > Jordan > > ----------------------------+----------------------------------------------- Chuck Robey | Interests include any kind of voice or data chuckr@glue.umd.edu | communications topic, C programming, and Unix. 213 Lakeside Drive Apt T-1 | Greenbelt, MD 20770 | I run Journey2 and picnic, both FreeBSD (301) 220-2114 | version 3.0 current -- and great FUN! ----------------------------+-----------------------------------------------
