I want to plug/unplug a SATA drive when the system is up. The drive is a data drive, I don't want to use RAID capabilities of my Promise controller. Can someone have any experience doing this? Do you have info about SATA drives and hotplug capabilities on FreeBSD 5.X ? Thank you very much for your help, Fred
