py-pelican: adopt port as maintainer
I would like to adopt www/py-pelican as maintainer. I noticed Andreas Bilke=
's
resignation on the ports mailing list.
I intend to use Pelican for documentation of my own open source work. I
prepared a patch that changes MAINTAINER and bumped DISTVERSION to 4.12.0
(latest upstream release).
