It'll appear under the PCI device listing. I assume that the vx driver can grok 100mbit mode okay since you can't override it with link flags, or else the man page is seriously out of date. The fxp and de drivers also support 100mbit cards. fxp is the Intel EtherExpress Pro/100B card, and the de supports Digital based PCI cards,such as those made by Dayna, Accton, SMC, Kingston, and others.
