This port is marked: IS_INTERACTIVE= 'need to build mod_php4 with mcrypt, cclient with SSL.' The machine used to build packages only builds default packages (there is no flavors), and mod_php4 does not includes the required options. You have to intall it by the ports. -- Th. Thomas.
