That looks pretty good (it's similar to the Kettop box I've got), and the ethernet interfaces are Intel which is a better choice than Realtek. In the past I've run routers with only 2GB of memory and never seen more than about 50% memory usage, but it all depends on how heavy the traffic will be and how many services you might want to run beside the basic firewall. OPNsense docs say 4GB of memory and 40GB of SSD is reasonable, 8GB + 120GB will handle all but the most extreme uses.
