Ok all. I am new and teaching myself unix. that confesed what do i do next.

i got fbsd installed and am now at the "fbsd: {1}" prompt. (i think this is a
prompt). so what can i do? how can i start reading the man pages? how can  i
display and navigate file directories? 

is there any online help for someone as green as i am? like a BASIC intro man
page or something?
