Hey, the technology works pretty well. It's a tariff/rate problem that needs to be solved.. 300 baud modem technology works pretty well too, but I'm not buying any. Not obsolete generally, perhaps, but certainly it is undesirably inferior technology for internetworking in short-hauls. If US West woke up tomorrow, I'm not so sure I'd be willing to pay for a pair of TAs, since I'd be selling them in June anyhow, to switch to ADSL. As you can tell I'm rather sour on ISDN and bullish on ADSL. US West can do that to a person.
