            Bug ID: 264954
Summary: The online manual page for zfs(8) in FreeBSD
13.0-RELEASE should be consistent with OpenZFS
                    documentation
           Product: Documentation
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
               URL: https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=3Dzfs&sektion=
=3D
                    8&manpath=3DFreeBSD+13.0-RELEASE
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Manual Pages
          Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: grahamperrin@gmail.com
                CC: doc@FreeBSD.org

Whilst writing <https://reviews.freebsd.org/D3207#808568>; with reference to
OpenZFS documentation =E2=80=A6

I noticed that
<https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=3Dzfs&sektion=3D8&manpath=3DFree=
BSD>,
which currently defaults to 13.1-RELEASE, has (at least) a DESCRIPTION that=
 is
not consistent with what's given for OpenZFS.=20

For example, this is not seen in the FreeBSD version:=20

> =E2=80=A6 tunables (zfs_*) are explained in zfs(4). =E2=80=A6

The same problem with
<https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=3Dzfs&sektion=3D8&manpath=3DFree=
BSD+13.0-RELEASE#DESCRIPTION>.=20

BSD+14.0-current#DESCRIPTION>
for 14.0-CURRENT _does_ have the hint about tunables.
