Yes. I've compiled it from ports with WITH_THREADS=yes flag (available through port's config as well). If anyone's interested here's my first attempt at creating FreeBSD Ports for Padre, including wxPerl: http://www.therek.net/ports/padre.shar. Total of 21 new ports.
