I already work on Gitlab-ce 13.4.0, but I have some problem with 
testing, get runtime problems, reported here:
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/341421

I'm not sure if we should fix this problem.
It really depends how quickly we can fix the this database upgrade issue.

I can prepare commits for all ports I need to touch and will push it to 
my gitlab here (not existing yet):
