I use the following steps: gcc -g -fpic -c shared_lib.c gcc -g -shared -o libshared_lib.so shared_lib.o gcc -g -L. -R. -lshared_lib -o memdump memdump.c As soon as a function from the shared library is called by memdump, it bus error's on me. Any suggestions?
