There are no current plans for a PAO based on 4.0.  Instead, the
strategy has been to integrate the PAO 3x stuff into -current and then
MFC as appropriate into 4.x stable.

This is just my understanding of things.  I could be wrong.  My
Japanese isn't that good :-)
