Installed jp-elvis.

>Description:

jp-elvis read and use startup file, `.elvisrc', not `.exrc'.

  Because Japanized elvis can use `set canna' and more localize
definition in startup file.  If these line is in `.exrc' file,
nex/nvi [/usr/bin/vi] error these lines.

  But Original elvis man pages was written that startup file is
`.exrc'. So I rewrite man pages to `.elvisrc'.

>How-To-Repeat:

`man elvis' after install jp-elvis via ports collection.

	elvis/Makefile
		(add editor category)
	elvis/patches/patch-aa
	elvis/patches/patch-ab
		(split patch-aa to two files)
	elvis/patches/patch-ac
		(patch for man page)
