You're right. Those buttons aren't there. Funny thing is, I looked through the code, and there is no mention of them. I have no idea where the GNOME people got that screenshot from. I even launched the keybindings glade file in glade-2, and those buttons do not exist. I went through GNOME CVS, and I can't find where they ever existed. I've put in a request to the GNOME people to see what's up.
