-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello all, my question is about the possibility to double bandwith by adding a second NIC. Does anybody know how to do this? I thought it should be possible to create a VLAN on my switch (3com3300) and use this trunk with the two NICs in my fileserver. But can I assign the same IP to two different NICs? And how is the load balancing done? Thanks in advance, and greetings from the Wiesn (Oktoberfest), Harry belenus GmbH Harald Schmalzbauer Sys/Net Admin Tel: +49 (89) 21979-120 Fax: +49 (89) 21979-111 www.belenus.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5.2 iQA/AwUBOcbzLlXEptsBus8cEQL9SQCgvcNFP0XlEkBDRHCC8FvBfRm0aJcAoMNQ eRQp/LXgT/40sdRJCjaUoH0o =/zpe -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
