Just take them in with you, as used devices they're below the limit for imports for personal use. Maybe I'm not explaining myself well enough: if somebody in the US has an NT (and I would guess that anybody using both an ISDN phone and a TA would do so; people please correct me if I'm wrong), you'll interface to an S bus, not a Uk0.
