I've started a code review for devctl freeze/that https://reviews.freebsd.org/D16735 This is needed to fix the races when multiple drivers match. Today we have some ugly workarounds that work (for most people) for USB. This also removes them. Comments please. This implements the freeze/thaw that was talked about at BSDcan 2018 and in various other forums... Warner
