My opinion, FWIW, is to put Alpha in the class of machines that is
supported by NetBSD, i.e., the hobby architectures.

I suppose I should feel sad or offended about the 'not well supported'
remark. At the time I left NASA Ames, which is now nearly 3 years ago,
I *was* certainly supporting the TurboLaser as I did have one.
Unfortunately, everybody was happily breaking Alpha every other day so
that it became too much effort- not just a case of TurboLaser.
