The bounce port (net/bounce) is incorrectly configured to install the bounce binary to libexec, instead of bin.  This is a command line only program, and thusly does not belong in libexec.

Install the port yourself.

Modify the makefile and package to install to bin.  This should be easy and take only a few minutes.
