I think you first need to unload the preloaded kernel to load another. That would mean you would do something like unload load kernel.GENERIC boot for loading the GENERIC kernel instead of the default. Beware that this will also unload all modules that have been loaded by then. --gt --wac7ysb48OaltWcw Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iQEVAwUBO4FVc77hO6NLB/FvAQEf8Af7BmhiuorxhM06dM1Z2MfNskG1+7rgwDYP /SZS7z4bn0Sl+OawQHplnRu7ebBQ9fZEV9Lm9sV4OFqrhkxXKQL+DsRekDT7uSh3 Gxd6CHkR6/Dew+ecUJtj+sCCxqyhCAbeO0vHvefHo4tnIpVst5FpXGHviQ7GV1Ia mpm1GCXwxDKbV1u1j13B9GXe8Mg9HZnPpqYIg480hUERXJWFS70z32wEHmOKKhcn BQjB8FSlA3tsluCJnVqPUhGww56RduBeuZ5yjWTcv/i8342X2xRgWNPTrLm4wvHG 6wH+oLcNU6kJ29wmtjHlxttxfY6hhVssBStHN10smANJ/mEBsAUm7w== =XZ1c -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --wac7ysb48OaltWcw-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
