Fortunately, the current version of XFree86 4 (4.2.0) in packages or ports (/usr/ports/x11/XFree86-4) already supports it. You'll have to re-compile your kernel with the 'device agp' and add 'Option NoDDC' to your XFree86 config and you'll be good to go.
