Does this mean it wont work if called on a I think I see what it means now. It is meaning that ir works on the file the vnode is for as opposed to the vnode itself. The reason being that more than one vnode can reference the same file. Am I somewhat closer? Any release date for the Design of FreeBSD book yet?
