Sure. You just need a bootable 2.88M floppy drive. If you only have
1.44M floppies, you need two disks. One is kern.flp from the
installation disks. For the other, use fixit.flp, and add fdisk to the
/bin directory. There may not be room, in which case choose something
to delete.

Alternatively, you can use the fixit cdrom from the distribution,
which already has fdisk on it.

If you have to have it on one floppy, there was a time when FBSD could
be installed from one floppy. You'll have to go back to that version
and build it.
