I have cleaned up a number of grammatical and other errors, put the list back into alphabetical order, and imposed a line break regimen that I believe makes editing a bit easier. There are still some problems, however. For one thing, some of the vendors go beyond a single paragraph. For another, some of the vendors (e.g., BSDi) no longer exist.
