This also happens with ftp. I've = never had this problem before. Hi there, I have a newly setup FreeBSD = box running=20 4.3-STABLE and when I attemtpt to telnet to it from anywhere on my LAN, = it hangs=20 for about a 60 seconds, then finally connects.  This also happens = with=20 ftp.  I've never had this problem before.  Am I missing=20 something?
