Hello,
I am the maintainer and author of the NICETEXT system - which is currently
at textproc/nicetext-0.9.

I am getting ready to release the 1.0 version - which I would like to move
into security/nicetext-1.0

I would like to know the procedure for handling the ports upgrade.  This is
a significant difference in code and data from the 0.9 version.

Please let me know your recommendations.
