Note the 'fdc0: cmd 3 failed at out byte 1 of 3' messages; the kernel never seems to properly detect floppy drive 0. This is on a Tyan Thunder 100GX motherboard. It's not got the most current rev. of the BIOS, but I'm somewhat reluctant to try flashing a newer BIOS unless I'm sure the lossage is in the BIOS and not in the FreeBSD kernel.
