If you downloaded the ISO images, you can use the first CD to
install FreeBSD. After you have installed FreeBSD you may update
the sources for the kernel and the applications using CVSUP. Then
recompile the kernel and those applications that you have installed.
You will probably find that by doing your initial install from the CD
is faster than doing the full install over the internet.
