	Many of the distfiles mirrors had a copy of the source tarball,
	duh! For now I'm going to keep a local copy too, perhaps the
	true distribution site will pop back up soon. This PR
	supercedes ports/45142. Please close that PR and commit this one
	in its place. Thank you.
