once.

No, but I don't think we should if it's not necessary.

 * Actually I think we might have (or a bug where someone had an outdated
 * PLIST).  Don't forget those that grab a PLIST from a CDROM or the FTP
 * site, don't necessarily have the repository handy to check things.

Those people have the Makefile right next to it. :>
