A quick glimpse through http://www.freebsd.org/ports/www.html reveals junkbuster-2.0.2 , squid-2.2, squid-2.3, tinyproxy-1.3.3, transproxy-1.2, wcolEpre-1999.01.10, and wwwoffle-2.5e to provide proxy services for the web.
