Some time before, I set up IPsec connection between KAME box and
Windows2000 using racoon (KAME IKE daemon).
You can use FreeBSD with KAME as VPN server using IPsec.

# in FreeBSD4, in my opinion. So you'd better use FreeBSD3 with KAME
