Something has happened to my drive containing 2.2.6R. When booting from the HD, I get this error message, repeated to nausea: Error: D: 0xfffffff0 C:0 H:0 S:0 When booting from a floppy, and choosing the same HD drive with kernel, it boots perfectly. Boot-block blues if you ask me - how do I write a new FreeBSD boot-block to the drive? I tried "upgrading an existing system"-ing it, but this didn't do anything nice. Any help would, as always, be greatly appreciated. simon@lindgren.no To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
