The same for me. The message I got from RA5.0 was: you don't have the right codec for this. I actually stoped there. I don't have the time to debug this anymore. But I do have time to complain to the support or whatever they're calling themselfs. To contact realaudio you should fill in a stupid FORM on the www.real.com.
