 sh /etc/rc.firewall

Err, probably not.  /etc/rc.firewall is a standard system config file that
reads in your system configuration from /etc/rc.conf and sets all the
appropriate variables, including $fwcmd.  Your custom file would work the
same only if you've set it up to do what /etc/rc.firewall does.
