The Restless Daemon identified a mtree error while trying to build:
 cups-base-1.3.10_1 maintained by dinoex@FreeBSD.org
 Makefile ident: $FreeBSD: ports/print/cups-base/Makefile,v 1.112 2009/05/07 13:59:11 dinoex Exp $

Excerpt from http://QAT.TecNik93.com/logs/7-STABLE-FPT-NPD/cups-base-1.3.10_1.log :

      increased privileges.
/usr/local/bin/lppasswd

This port has installed the following files which may act as network
servers and may therefore pose a remote security risk to the system.
/usr/local/sbin/cupsd
/usr/local/libexec/cups/backend/snmp

This port has installed the following startup scripts which may cause
these network services to be started at boot time.
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/cupsd

If there are vulnerabilities in these programs there may be a security
risk to the system. FreeBSD makes no guarantee about the security of
ports included in the Ports Collection. Please type 'make deinstall'
to deinstall the port if this is a concern.

For more information, and contact details about the security
status of this software, see the following webpage:
